Evening of 25th December when it’s all pretty much done and dusted. I’m a miserable bd at Christmas though.

Going to cut wrapping paper and the scissors just slide thru it in a perfectly straight line without me having to cut it.

I'd agree that a good poo is one of the most satisfying feelings there is.

I will add

1)Seeing the fuel gauge on maximum after filling up
2)Wearing a brand new pair of trainers for the first time
3)Cutting my toe nails and the feeling of putting on brand new socks
4)A pristinely clean house

Finishing a 10k run on a sunny morning, knowing that you are going out for a fun drive later on some empty rural roads.

The sense of accomplishment having done the hard thing, coupled with the joy of something fun yet to come, is pure bliss to me.

Part of happiness is the absence of worry, I don't think adults can ever experience the unadulerated bliss and joy of childhood, splashing in puddles, playing with friends, at the seaside, waking up on christmas morning

Yeah, so contentment is pretty good too, finding a Tenner is rather nice though cloud9

Happiness is....

...the result of acceptance and gratitude.
