so I recently bought some ear phones on Ebay , long story short it turns out they are counterfeit item. It has passed the refund policy as I bought them in February.

In a nutshell is there anything I can do or is it just tough????

They were paid for via Klarna , which I've now paid off if that makes a difference..

I suspect you still have some degree of protection. This is the kind of question where ChatGPT may be able to help you. My gut feel would be it's more trouble than it's worth to chase up after this length of time but I've no idea how much you've spent.

What was the cost and were they purchased from a business or private seller?
