Random Ebay Parcels

Hey guys,

Having a bit of an interesting one with Ebay and trying to work out what could be going on. I haven't purchased anything on ebay since the start of May and nothing is showing on my ebay purchases list nor money coming out of my account or paypal.

However last week I received 10kg of 3D printing resin (same brand I normally buy but not the colour). I received an email from Yodel saying the item had been picked up and was due to be delivered etc etc, nothing out of the ordinary other than the last resin I purchased on eaby was back in January and certainly was not expecting this.

I have no seller information to contact and no return address on the lable, just a big box of resin.

Fast forward to this afternoon when another box turned up shipped by Royal mail with an ebay reference number on my address but just an industrial unit as a senders address, so unable to work out what the sellers details are to contact them.

Is this an odd scam (can't see how) or some odd mix up?

Surely get in contact with whoever you normally / previously bought your resin from, as what are the odds? They’ve probably sent to you by mistake.

Bearing in mind how much 10kg of resin costs that seems unlikely.

OP was the second item the same stuff? Only thing like this I've experienced is when two drop-shippers sent the same (quite expensive) item. I did tell the supplier - they had no idea but they did arrange to collect the second one.

If you can't contact anyone, sell it on eBay and be quids in.
