The lower leaves on my chilli plant, that is. Some of the leaves at the bottom are shrivelling up and going droopy; shall I just cut them off at the stalk?

It's either over watered, or it's got a bit chilli.

I'd say it's on the chilly side or in a draft, perhaps try moving it.

Try rubbing it vigorously to warm it up...Don't forget to wash your hands.
