Whats the law with regards to works to highways being carried out at night ? Just had the workers pull up outside my home & now the jcb's out making a right noise. Wouldn't be so bad but just put the kid to sleep 5 minutes prior.

I thought they had to inform you or something ?

Coincidence Hobo? Pipe burst in my road about 10ish this morning,someone came out put cones out,then about 15mins ago they started digging up the road! Overtime
