Its my Grandads birthday on christmas day, and i'm struggling to think of a gift.
He's 71, he likes horses, he likes football, he owns a pub and he's got a good sense of humor.

From that rather vague summary of him, anyone got any ideas?
Open to any suggestions. Serious or funny smile

Table football? A great game almost wiped out by computer-based stuff.

I've spent today in my surname town (ie, if your surname is Manchester, go to Manchester) and got a load of pics, non tat touristy stuff and old history on the place to give my parents in addition to the usual gadgety stuff I always get

Not much use if his surname is Smith or anything, but might be something to work with

Maybe it's a case of back then, in the good ole days of "normal" P&P the topics were much better, and thus V8mate would rather stay in those days....

Or maybe he is just bored.

Or he wants to move all the topics out of the archive into their now correct forums but doesn't realise that you don't actually have to post in them to do that wink

Apparently, people are trying to be funny doing it, but I missed the in-joke and no-one has explained it to me frown

Get him a caravan, he's obviously a gypsy.
