People saying "Bad times/good times" grrr!

Does any one else keep on hearing people referring to things as 'good times/bad times' and finding it very aggravating?
It really annoys me that these t
ts think it's cool to say and completey over use this s

well it irks me as well so you are not alone, my daughters boyfriend uses it all the time, i have told him if he moves in he has to stop 
by the way he is 22, she is 21 and he is paying £400+ for a room a month at the moment and paying back his landlord (a mate) £500 for a loan he gave him, leaves him not much, just in case you wondered why

Never heard the phrase. Is it like "happy days"? The first time I heard "happy days!" was from the mouth of a chav so when ever someone types it on here it reminds me of that chav, and so if anyone uses it you will be associated with a chav. Just thought you might like to know.
