Turn-ups and Waistcoats
Discussion
No, get the turn-ups on some nice multi-pleated trousers and set them off with some verys shiny loafers with tassles. I see other people wearing this sort of stuff all the time, so it must be fashionable.
The waistcoat could look classy, but only in the right circumstance and it must be a classically cut suit, not something contemporary. With a monocle and pocket watch, preferably.
Has anybody noticed the dress sense of that faux-Scot fat bellend on The Apprentice - white cuffs/collars, braces etc? Does anybody wear that sort of stuff and thinks it adds any gravitas at all? Or is it just me who thinks it looks like city-boy wannabe?

I think the last time turn ups were fashionable was my last year at primary school - 1987!
a very eighties thing IMO. also, dust collects in the turn ups (so they tell me)
