Woke up Monday morning to find my car's windscreen wiper blades lifted up. Look along the street and all of my neighbour's cars/vans/mini buses windscreen wipers all lifted up as well. Looked out down the street to the corner and the same thing again. In total with a quick count up when I drove around the block, over 100 cars/vans had been targetted. No damage to any vehicles but whether parked on the street or drive ways, evey blade lifted up off the glass.

It must have taken the culprit(s) absolutely ages to get single wiper arm lifted up. At first I was a bit miffed as someone had tampered with our car as well but after awhile and once realising no damage had been done could see the funny side of it.

Now I am guessing it must been based upon a bet or other student type drunken idea, so did anyone else awake to weird night time activities happening in your street this weekend?

Not this weekend but last week.
Me and the girlfriend watched a chavvy couple screaming and fighting in the middle of the street at 2am. It went on for about 45 minutes and was highly entertaining to watch. Apparently he fancied another girl and she was jealous. She kept shouting that all she wanted was him to come back to her place for some loving, he wasn't interested, which sent her mental.

Highly amusing.

If you traced the cars, you will probably find that the last car (or 1st) is parked next door to where the culprit resides.

I watched someone try and parallel park outside my house for 14 mins!

I live in a victorian terraced house and parking is bad, but this was amazing. The guy just went back and forth franticly moving the steering wheel and still managing to end up about 2 foot from the kerb.

My buddy who owns a 911 turbo (2004) came to his garage to find a hammer underneath his windshield wiper. Obviously someone has it out for him! yikes

i reported a robbery to the police.

saw some little scrotes trying to break into a building opposite my place. Four unmarked cars and a riot van later they were apprehended.

The bottle of wine from the owner was very tasty drunk

Obvious what happened here.

It's a team of 2 guys who leaflet cars, and have a system worked out where the first one walks down the road lifting the wipers, and the second follows behind putting the leaflets on and popping down the wipers.

Matey #2 phoned in sick yesterday.

I returned from a weekend in Edinburgh with my mates to find the bonnet of my car covered in glittery/shiney stars and whipped cream. I was not happy!

I'd be well chuffed to find any pop star under my wiper, especially a large trousered rapper such as early 90's chart topper MC Hammer. Should a traffic warden be approaching with a ticket, the big panted loon's cries of "you can't touch this" would put him off...
