I noticed an unusual high police presence at the shipyard entrance this morning (I work at Fincantieri shipyard in Palermo, Sicily) and have just been informed that 15 Mafiosi are being released from Palermo Prison (locally known as The Mafia Hotel) tomorrow to begin community service / re introduction to society here. Should prove interesting considering how many locals we already have leaning on a broom all day here……
