A prisoner is walking along a landing and is attacked by 5 or 6 other cons. They all start stabbing him all over then throw him off the balcony.
Anyone know?

I havent seen it - only a clip shown in another movie.

Im pretty sure its not Scum, as I've seen that.
It does look loike an older film though.
