Okay, I am selling something on ebay.

Get an email.....

"Hi! If you can ship to Lithuania for no more than 20pounds, I would like to make a decent agreement with you and buy it directly without waiting for the end time. What do you think?"

I CAN do it for less that £20 recorded delivery.
If he pays by paypal are there any pitfalls/ scams I should be aware of???

Cheers guys!

First point that comes to mind is that you can never prove it got there, so he can always file an item not received and win. All tracking seems to stop at our borders, so unless you have proof (in the way of a signature etc) then Paypal would rule in his favour and you would lose the item and the money. Proof of posting just wouldn't be sufficient.

Thats what I thought but I can send it International signed for, so as long as he/she pays by paypal and they raise a dispute then I can prove delivery

You can prove it was delivered. You'll have no chance of proving it was delivered to the buyer when they deny the signature.

Happens frequently.
