I got stuck in alacante airport couple years ago for about 14~ hours. Was totally horrible, didn't get any sleep in about 36~ hours. Horrible!!!
Try lie down somewhere with an iPod or something, just do something to rest for the flight

I duont know about pissing off security, me and the brother almost got thrown out of disney for starting a fight with some american football fans

Might take a swim in the fountain at the entrance, and take bets to see how long it takes to be removed

I had a ten hour stop in Hong Kong about 5 years ago. As a smoker, I was in the (grim) smoking room rolling one up while 16 Chinese businessmen stared at me intently. One plucked up the courage to come over and ask (in hand signals) what I was doing, followed by the rest, who ended up in a semi-circle around me while I taught them all how to roll-up
