Very mini rant! They give you a free flight if you take out their credit crad, which is great as they fly from most UK airports. However, they don't tell you until you've got the card that the flight is only valid from a few airports adn if you live near London, you've got the choice of Birmingham or Cardiff...

Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would appear that the OP has been, as I believe the current parlance is, pwned.

If you took out a bmi card - you'd get 20k miles.

Enough for 2 return tickets in near-Europe... (plus Labour-we-don't-like-the-fact-you're-flying-envy-taxes)

Knowing BMI too, they'd probably cancel your return flight leaving you high and dry (or low and pissed off!)

Guess you're lucky then. I had a flight canceled at 10:40 in the evening. It was due to depart at 7:10 pm. No hotels offered, and a free-for-all to get booked on the next day's flight. I#m sure allthe low-cost ones are the same, but so far only been done by BMI. Shower of sts.
