So now it's official men are discriminated against!

Had a discussion with the other half about pay differences.

Now given that until recently women got to retire 5 years earlier and lived 5 years longer then the cost of employing a woman over a man would have been higher due to on average 10 years more pension payments.
On average women would have 2 children and hence two extended periods of paid leave would the pay difference overall really equal out?

(Probably something posted already but search not working).

In the organisation I work for, there's been so much positive discrimination in favour of women and minorities for so long, I barely raise an eyebrow these days.

The world is a sick place.
