Last night, on the One Show on BBC1, they featured input from a Dr Linda Papadopoulos.

God she is fit. And so very well spoken. And posh. And obviosuly top of her league in terms of her job (Psychologist).

Cant think of many that compare.

Oh Linda, I think I love you. I think I need your professional help. 3 or 4 sessions on your couch should do it......

Most women have brains and some are even successful for it. Its just a shame that the majority of women on the TV and media obtain their fame through good looks or some form of dodgy past / big tits / sleeping with a celeb. We have plenty of clever, articulate and talented women around, but our wonderful media think that its better to have drunk / smacked up / brain dead / big titted tarts instead.

So when we do get an attractive and clever woman on TV it is obvious.... shame.

I suspect that she need not be fantastic at her job at all, but simply be TVable (i.e. nice looking).

I am willing to bet there are plenty of people out there at least if not more suitably qualified to undertake the things she does on TV however, those people may be perhaps more suitable for radio...

I agree. One vote for the unpronounceable one. Much nicer than that Hartley Brewer woman. smile
