My best mate who I've known since we were like 8 is currently serving out in Afghanistan and I want to send him out a parcel with all the essentials: Fags, grumble mags, maybe a nice fresh apple to go in the box
(scratchchin)etc.

I know you can send things out there but I have no idea how. I have his forces address and everything but how do I go about sending it? Is it a post office affair?

Cheers

You know it's a bad war when DHL stop delivering. Not sure about the other carriers.

According to the first link, there is no parcel postage service to Telic (Iraq) or Herrick (Afghan), which is odd, because I've sent parcels to both places, and they were definitely received at the other end.

Carry on.
