Anyone work for Hotpoint?

Trying to get through to their engineer service booking people. You go through all the options - press 1 for this, 2 for that and at the last hurdle, a polite voice says "Sorry, we are unable to connect you at this time, please try again later"

I have been trying again later, and later and later......

Trying to book an engineer on the website is no good as the first on line option is a week or two away

Who did you buy it from? Some retailers will book an engineer for you, and are more experienced in talking manufacturers into honouring their warranties.

Just got through, they are very busy today for some reason, engineer out Thursday - thanks!
