Just wondering where we stand with this one if anyone has any welcomed advice...
My girlfriend recently purchased a photography session gift voucher for herself, me and the little one for the sum of £25 paid by debit card from a shopping centre a couple of weeks ago. on reading the small print, it has to be booked within a certain timescale. Anyway we cant manage it in the timescale and we'd called to arrange a refund and they will not offer one. The T&C's on the voucher only say it is non-transferrable, but the woman i called to request a refund said it did say non refundable in their promo board in the shopping centre, which i dont recall it did!
Have we kissed our hard earned goodbye or any comeback?
Thanks in advance!

Consider yourself lucky. My missus went to one of these things and came back £500 lighter after being dealt up into having loads more photos done. She won't be doing that again.
Yups the 25 quid photo session is a YTS trainee with a polaroid and bad breath.... The proper photo's are a lot more and usually the ladies are pressured into getting them. Big con..We got one of these for Xmas in 2007 for me, wifey and little'un. I spent ages checking out the web for an idea of how pricey it was actually going to be and got some ideas from other posters on forums. In the end, we went for our photo session with a very small and strict budget, we came away with a few very nice photo's and didnt spend more than we had expected.
I wouldnt say we were pressured into buying more, but we did say right from the first minute what we were after. The way they make the whole presentation so 'perfect' in a very emotional girly way, I can see how people spend big money in there.
