Question for the lawyers.
Discussion
I have a question regarding the legal implications of the following situation - not pertaining to me by the way, but am curious of the legal implications.
So, chap produces a technical report. Second chap changes report without the consent of the first chap, and submits the report to the client under the name of the first chap - which is not happy with said report. Now these reports could end up in a court of law as evidence under extreme (unlikely) circumstances.
So what are the legal implications of this? Is it fraud, copyright infringement etc.?
