A bit of mobile phone fraud..

Got back from two weeks holiday to find a 'We missed you' card from the Post Office for an unexpected, registered item to someone who doesn't live here (I've been here 8 years). Also in the pile was a handwritten letter, this one:
Now apart from the obvious reasons to not give him, that letter just read like a scam (well, to me!).
So I went down to the Post Office with the card and asked them to return it to sender as "Not known at this address".
A couple of days later and I've just had a T-Mobile bill in, to the same false name. Opening it up, I can see that he's created a new account and the phone is a top of the range, highly discounted thing. I've just called T-Mobile who say that returning unopened, marked "unknown" and calling them on receipt of the first bill was the right thing to do and they'll close the account off and that'll be the end of it. BUT.. the operator noted that the chap opened the account with two forms of ID and one of them was a credit card.
Other than keeping a very close eye on the post in the next month, any ideas how I can see what else he might have registered to my house?

PS. I reckon it's a dodgy neighbour on the basis he knew I was away and if a delivery driver / postman can't get an answer he is likely to ask next door.
