Just a random question that entered my head, does 0 / 0 = 1?

NO

Think of it as cake, if you have 0 cake and share it with 0 people you don't suddenly end up with a cake

No

The answer is undefined as it can be any number (other than infinity which some argue is a number, some not).

i.e. What number multiplied by 0 = 0. Basically any number!!

No. The answer is undefined or any number you feel like choosing.

If 0/0 = z then 0 = z*0 so we're looking for a number z that multiplied by 0 gives 0. Any number will fit that requirement.

Unless you're Lisa Riley. Then you told people you had 0 cake so you didn't have to share it.

You could have just said No.

I prefer the cake example.

Better to show working to aid understanding than just to give an answer.

So, it's equally true to say that 0/0 = 1 as it is to say 0/0 = 7,367,256 as you could rearrange the equations to show that those numbers multiplied by 0 equal 0?

How odd.

Hes had an appropriate answer. No cake divide it by no cakkes equals no cakes. The OP is obviously retarded. Your answer is just going to make him cry.
