Well, couple of months ago i spotted ( not starred ) this girl what was 17 at the time . Now obviously i dont ave a problem but it did click thinking dont you have to be 18 to go in for these?

And another , and here goes . If on here you cant post any form of nudity atall ( as is the ph way ) but you have to be 18/over to view it anyway. Now surely if you can be 17 and do that then surely theres sort of a loophole thing going on here?

Currently I doubt the papers would publish topless images of an under 18 as whilst its not specificall illegal it could be. Rules say no indecent images, now whats indecent? That would be upto a court to decide.
