Terrible lane discipline tut tut. Oh and even though he was doing 30 in a 30 zone, he could'nt avoid the child on the bike clearly devoid of any common sense forcing the speed limit abiding road user to crash. Safety camera in that zone didn't help much did it :P

Brilliant. So, had the 'safety camera' not been there, then no accident would actually have occurred and the driver would simply have stopped safely in the grass. Thus, safety cameras cause accidents. QED.
