I'm st at shopping.

The lovely lass who sits next to me is being transferred (and promoted) after about 18 months in the job.

Collection so far is £45, probably £50 max once the strays get collared and get the spare change beaten out of them.

I've suggested a bottle of bubbly and some flowers. Another colleage has suggested a necklace but as I said, I'm not very good at shopping and no one else is volunteering. Does any one have any suggestions, either for a decent bottle of something, or something else.

It needs to be bought before Friday.

Tiffany key ring. The quality of these isn't all that in my opinion, but 'wimmin' seem to like them.

What about a bottle of bubbly and some decent flutes or a good bottle of wine with some decent glasses? Possibly flowers too if budget still allows.

Cufflinks. A few ladies I know wear double cuff shirts. Lewins do ladies style cufflinks.

Outlet type store may get Radley stuff, Boundary Mills in Walsall had Radley bags in the £50 - £100 range.

yes Nice flutes/glasses also look good sat on the shelf, so it's not a bad idea. Although they can be expensive.

Put yourself in her position.

What would she really like?

Go on, think about it.

You know the answer.

It's the cash.

Just put it in the card.

+1

Getting promoted, and £50 cash in a card is a result!

Lol thanks for all the suggestions.

It appears that we have managed to stretch the budget to a faux pearl necklace (not my suggestion), a mini key ring, a bottle of champers and some M&S flowers.
