Cheap tailored suits

Anyone heard of, or used these people....

They seem good value. Saw an advert in the paper that said 1 two piece suit, 1 pair of matching slacks, 1 blazer or sports jacket and two custom made shirts from £298. I appreciate you will have to spend a bit more to get decent cloth but it still seems very good value.

Look at Dress2kill before you make your mind up. Raja take the measurements here then make the gear abroad by altering existing templates to your measurements, I believe, whlile D2K do it all in the UK. I had three fittings for my suits - a bit more than yours but good value still.
Without wanting to kick off a massive debate, there is a big difference between made to measure and truly bespoke.

T M Lewin always seem to do competitively priced suits (about £250 iirc).
I'd also have a look at Joseph Turner too. They do a similar thing to Lewin's but on the web or mail order.
Lewin's suits aren't the last thing in sturdiness but they'll last a couple of years.
Alternatively you could always buy yourself a leg of material (typically 2 1/4 yards of material) and have a suit tailor made. I use a chap up in Pudsey and he makes them for me (I have to go for a fitting from London) for about £250. There's a great shop up in Bradford called 'The Suit Leg centre' where there are literally hundreds of different types of material to choose from.
A leg can cost as little as £60 to alot more!

Raja are good guys & you dont get a half bad suit from them, not truly bespoke by any means though, but, you pays yer money etc etc..
They'd prob do you a suit with a haggle for about £300 and it will fit you far better than any suit bought off the peg.
Worth looking at the made to measure on savile row. Scabal are very good and very competitively priced & the quality of the fit & finish are superb.
