Well ive finally had enough of being back stabbed and lied to at work so i have given my notice of 6 weeks. So now all i have to do is find another job, so the hard work begins. I have a few interviews and applications to sort out now but lets hope they are positve. I know its a silly thing to do to hand in notice before you have another job, but with the way im feeling in my current job, i would either be sacked or arrested for assult so this seems to be the most ammicable way of sorting this and also giving me the push i need to go and look/get another job. Upon givbng the 'boss' the notice he said that one way or another i would have been going soon anyway, so it was best i gave notice. this just sures up how i feel and my instincts were right.

sorry to go, just needed to get it all out of my system as im stil;l stuck in the office!!!

Lettings is booming at the moment. My missus is a property manager and she doesn't seem to have enough time in the day to do everything.
They have hired two negs in the last 6 months to cope, so I can't see you having any issues finding another job as there are always plenty of letting companies in any given area.

If you're offering 15k I'll bring the finest tea, and some chocolate hob nobs

Sounds like constructive dismissal to me but then I'm no expert!

This was my first thought. Although the OP should understand the difference between not getting on with your boss and the boss actually trying to get you to jump.
