i ordered a 3g dongle from t-mobile at 7:45 last night , online. it arrived at 9:45 this morning how good was that?

i know it is not a big deal , but just lately i have had poor service from a number of companies, so i thought i would give them a thumbs up

Its to lull you into a false sense of security so that when you actually start using it you realise how useless it is.

Be prepared for connection drops, constant changes between 3G and various other signals that are extremely weak and the resolution of your whole internet experience to be very poor indeed.

Unfortunately they tie you into a 24 month contract and complaining gets you nowhere generally.

With T-Mobile for my phone contract, they've never been anything but efficent, helpful and very cheap!
Best phone network i've been with for years & i've used all the others.
Liked Vodafone but were very expensive!

My experience of it has been excellent performance. Better than the stty ADSL land line I have being in a Broadband "notspot".

Mine is on Pay As You Go. £2 for each day I use it or less than £20 for a month if I buy a 30 day pass in advance.

I expect it will be st when it drops back to GPRS/EDGE way out in the sticks but HSPDA has been excellent.

You have been lucky then - I'm just having a major nightmare with mine at the moment.

I went with them because I got a cheap deal because I have a mobile phone with them also and they have always been great but trying to deal with them regarding the internet side of things they haven't been great at all.
