Which Broadband / Landline

I'm currently with Onetel, who have been great. But they were bought by Talk Talk sometime ago, and now their service upgrades (2Mb - 8Mb Broadband) have been frozen in an attempt to get people to move to Talk Talk. I'd like to keep my email address at onetel, but can't if I move. Talk Talk "haven't got their equipment in our exchange" so can't offer a decent price. So, if I really have to change emails, then I guess I need to go to the market to get the best deal & customer service.

So recomendations please people.
