I have a load of suit in the cupboard that no longer fit. Because of this i was looking at giving them to Oxfam or some other charity, but some of these suits are quite expensive (my Armani Suit is £600+ when i first bought it). Granted, i won't be able to sell it for anything like that amount, but do people buy 2nd hand suits and am i likely to fetch anything for them?

Cheers

Ok so size does need to be taken into account, but i wanted to see if anyone had any experience of selling/buying a 2nd suit.
I will take a look at ebay now.

I cannot imagine you'd get more on eBay than e.g. Oxfam would get for them.

I wouldn't take them for free- it would be almost as bad as wearing someone else's socks. <shudders>

oxfam will take them and likely forward it to one of their more upmarket shops such as their bond street boutique.

there's also this place:

i would buy/have bought a 2nd hand suit, but really depends on the suit.
