You're right, never trust anyone in Reactolite glasses.

OK I will be the first to own up to having a pair, not that they get used much in Aberdeen, but they are a definite bonus if you have to wear prescriptive glass's to drive etc.

Do you have a soft top then, because they don't work inside cars as the windscreen filters out the ultra violet which is what makes the reactolites react!

I bought some last time round and they're rubbish. They don't work inside the one place I want them to... the car.

Ive had a pair for a couple of years or so and I love them.The latest ones react very quickly to light changes so if you go indoors you only look a little odd for a minute or so.
I always thought that people who wore mirror shades were worse,especially on beaches or at the poolside-nobody can see who(or what)they are looking at!

Do they actually go clear though, or do you still look a bit Elton in them?

Did you know doctors shorthand notation includes "TG+". This denotes someone who is Tinted Glasses Positive, and therefore probably odd...

I have two pairs, one pair go too dark, the other is OK.

Didn't know that made me a paedophile, must get some clear ones and some clip-on sunglasses.

Mine go totally clear.I couldnt cope with even the slightest tint when there is no sun because of the 'Elton' factor.

We use black tape across our eyes. Why do you think Andy McNab got lost in the desert?
