Actually I reckon if you have a ticket for a future concert you should hang onto it - definite collectors memorabilia.

I dont think any of the tickets were actually issued. I know mine hasn't been sent anyway. It'll be interesting to see what will happen to all the people that paid a premium for tickets on ebay when/if the refunds come through.

Someone was telling me he was/is massively in debt.

Perhaps a faked death to raise revenue through outpouring of grief via wallet & credit card?

Conspiracy theories away!!

You buy a ticket on an advanced collection, at that moment your contract is not with the ebayer but the supplier is it not? Just the same if you physically had the ticket and this happened, you cant go running to the ebayer and demand the money back?

They said the same thing with Nirvana tickets 15 years ago, although I pretty sure 'they' were the concert promoters who didn't want to deal with the refunds.

I've still got mine somewhere and I think the date printed on the ticket corresponds to the date he was murdered...sorry stuck a gun in his mouth rolleyes

I bet it's not actually worth anything

edit: they're actually going for £99 on fleabay!
