Crystal balls at the ready.. when will interest rates go up?

Having just enjoyed my first reduced mortgage payment at the end of our fixed rate, I wonder if any of you people in-the-know (experienced guessers ) have any idea on when interest rates will start to go up again?

I know it requires some crystal ball gazing but what is the general feeling?

i didnt vote as i am expecting no more than a qurter percent in the next 6 months.
maybe 1% by this time next year and your poll doesnt seem to allow for that or in fact anything near what will actually happen.
