Run for the hills, the weather has had the audacity to reach 25 in summer. yikes All I've heard all day is how are we going to cope etc..

I'm sure Europe doesn't go through this hysteria.

Yep, the NHS are recommending you paint your house white - Seriously I mean WTF is going on round here.

Anyway I am sure I read recently that there was no real evidence to support substantial differences in heat absorption of different colours.

I heard it could hit 30 this wednesday. As such, I am going to hide in a swimming pool for the day...the sun will never find me there.

I DON'T LIKE THIS HEAT!

I live on Box Hill and it is substantially cooler than in the lowlands. It compensates for the winter days when it was minus 15 up here.

I think the media call this sort of news "Good copy" (which translated means they just copy and paste the same story in the paper for as long as they can get away with it)

The British and Irish public of this great nation are nothing but predictable, too much rain next weeks headlines, to much sun, the following weeks headlines and we suck it all up good and proper and buy the tripe.

Mind you, we are talking about it so it works....

What we need is something that will take ours and theirs minds off this tedious material, something like an icon dying, oh, hold on.....

As we've been in global cooling mode for several years, officialdom feels the need to make us think we're still warming. Sad propagandist losers that they are. However in some cases it'll work.

I put it down to that as well. The met office were positively masturbating over the possibility of a few days of 30 degree weather last week.

I'm sure we'll be hearing how yet again it was another record breaking hot summer.
