I used to work in the food manufacturing industry many moons ago. One of the factories had a unit as big as a couple of football pitches that stored frozen food.

I remember walking into the unit during a scorching hot day and seeing what seemed to be snow falling as the air was recirculated around the building. Within 10 minutes I started getting brain freeze and it really did mess with my head when I got back outside to the desert like heat.

It was still nice to pop in there every now and then to cool off though.
