A while ago there was an advert on TV of a japanese guy sleeping in a really small room after a night out, only big enough to crawl in. This is in Japan.

They need these in airports! How many times I have had a long layover, and just needed a place to crawl into for a few hours kip! I'd certainly stump up the cash!

so many of them lack actual doors on the capsule, just a stty curtain so all night you put up with the noise of other drunken middle-aged idiots coughing, farting and have a wk.

It makes more sense to stay in a love-hotel if you can't get home in Japan.

Gatwick airport's got them. Sort of. It's called Yotel. Not that small though but kind of same concept. www.yotel.com
