Michael Jackson ticket refunds
Discussion
Has anyone who had tickets to the 'This is It' concerts been able to actually get a refund? I've had an email saying that I can get a refund if I go to www.michaeljacksonlive.com from 01/07/09. However, there's nothing on there about getting a refund - just another message saying to go to www.michaeljacksonlive.com. The ticket agencies themselves also say the same thing - go to www.michaeljacksonlive.com. Am I missing something here or just being a bit thick?

Just click on the 'ticket info' button and follow the relevant instructions. Doesn't look too hard??
Have you tried clicking on it?
http://www.michaeljacksonlive.com/refunds.php
Where you just click on the link for the site where you bought the tickets from. Or a list of numbers to call if you didn't buy it from TicketMaster etc. May just be your browser not wanting to play ball?
Refund addresses:

Slightly off topic, but there was some UK kid on the tv last night who managed to get a ticket in the lottery whining "because its so close to the event, I can't get a flight, so I'll miss it...."
Does anyone not think ahead a bit? You apply for a ticket for something hosted in another country and you didn't think about the possible logistics of getting there??? So you apply for a ticket regardless, and then essentially bin it, thereby depriving someone else of the chance of going to this Ghoulfest.

Poor kid. I bet he feels left out, being the only kid to not see Michael Jackson stiff.Does anyone not think ahead a bit?
