Any memory improvement tips?
Discussion
I have a terrible long term memory, and by that I particulrly mean my ability to recall, in detail things I did anything past a couple of years ago is crap.
I'd like to be able to remember the good times I've had and it's frustrating that I cannot.
Is there any way of training your memory/brain to improve recall?
It's not as if it's all lost in an alcohol induced fug!

I can't remember what I was going to say!
Seriously, and conversely, My short term memory's shot to buggery! Actually that might be due to alcohol addlement.
Drives my SWMBO bonkers. I just keep telling her it's 'cos I've got bigger things on my mind, which I have, but it's starting to concern me a bit.

I bought a brilliant self-help book on improving your memory a couple of years ago.
If I can remember where it is, I'll let you borrow it.
I too have one, and in the morning I will let you know what it is.If I can remember where it is, I'll let you borrow it.
As it is pissing it down here and the bookcase is the other side of the courtyard.
