Remember that the Climate Change Junkies were telling us to get ready for an Unfeasible Summer of Deathly Heat that would, once and for all, show the infidels that everything they said about the changing climate was irrevocably true?

Well, it's raining here, has been all week, and is forecast to do so for the foreseeable.

Sorry I couldn't hear you over the sound wave refraction caused by the air lens effect of it being so hot!

June was too hot for me, August is predicted to be similar. July's temp is OK, bit less rain would be nice. Of course, without the rain in summer, our country wouldn't stay nice and green all the time.

Manchester when the weather is overcast surely must be Summer.

Any day it isn't raining is summer.

We went to Turkey on holidays 4 weeks ago. It was hotter here than there. We came back on the day the 'heatwave' ended.

This had happened for the last three summers. We go abroad for our holidays, whilst away the UK is beautiful. We come back and the summer is over. Two weeks flash in the pan heatwaves have occurred every year we are away on summer holidays.

So its our fault, compleltly.

If you want more summer time, send some money so that me and the family can go away again. Its the OLNY way.

I spent many years in Manchester and have no memories of a clear sky ever being present.

Hasn't it been the way for the last 5 years?

"this summer will see a heatwave, the likes of which Britain has never encountered..."

We get a week or so of sun, nothing above 30c, then it disappears. "Sorry, we didn't mean "global WARMING", it's now "climate change".

This year we got "seriously, it'll be properly hot. I swear. Not like last year." Bunch of arse.
