I give you the Maidstone Marker £63,000

The three dimensional towering structure uses interactive, low wattage LED lighting which measures wind speed

..........rrrreeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllly.

The lamp post next to it has more intrinsic visual beauty

I believe the main (remembered) use of this structure was for the massacre of Jews.

Cliffords Tower, York.

The upright one can't even be used to make calls. Can't remember how much the council wasted.

The Horsham fanny, AKA Shelly Fountain, would look good next to the Wote Street Willy. Shelly's a squirter by the way.

Curiously, I'm in Horsham and off to Basingstoke later this morning...

I don't know I think that looks ok. All the War of the Worlds Sculptures in Woking I think are a nice novelty as well.

Stops every town centre being the same.

No you can't blame the current shower of sh!te and the past 100 years of MPs on the building.

That is one stunning building, it was built for a purpose that it should still be used for. power corrupts!

The Big Idea.

A failed science centre costing the taxpayer £14 Million.

Opened in 2000, amassed debts of over £400,000

Turf covered roof, it looks like the bloody teletubbies live there.

Can anyone outside of London (millennium dome) beat that waste?!

I dunno, the view from the top is nice and the glass floor that you can stand on is kinda cool too. Shame it costs £7 to go up it.

B of the Bang was a good idea in principle, its just the firm who built it were crap.

The most pointless thing in manchester is that big yellow pencil on wilbraham road in fallowfield. i still have no idea why its there, google doesn't even know!
