A guy once sold a pack of 4 rowies (butteries to you non-aberdonians) on ebay for £600 with the proceeds to charity. Started as a bit of a laugh but it made the national press.

IIRC the owner of a local oil services company bought them and got lots of good (cheap) publicity.
