need help and a phone number
Discussion
Are these all up to date and definitely correct?
It would be really, really useful if some contact emails and telephone numbers from faceless companies could be posted. Too often unhappy customers give up because they can't get hold of anyone who is interested/competent.
One day, unless we start patronising smaller companies, faceless call centres will be the only option.

Dupont, sorry I posted without looking at your site.
I'm in the process of taking legal action (again) against an ISP. I won the last one but am sick and tired of having to go down this route.
I cocked something up for a customer yesterday, he wasn't happy but I've taken responsibility, apologised and offered to make amends. Why is it so hard?

Cause you have a group of personal customers that you need to get an income and once that gets to a couple of hundred it becomes difficult to do it personally and then letting someone else take over sections may not have the same principles as you.... once it gets to a few thousand, then its a case of if we pI'm in the process of taking legal action (again) against an ISP. I always find a letter to the CEO's home address makes excellent "with cornflakes" reading
I have got the fellow named above (Cheshire) home address if you fancy? (and all the other directors - 10 at present) PM me
I can also tell you that B&Q turned over £3.6 billion last year! Crikey
I've got a subscription to one of those Credit Checking things, and have access to everything on Companies house etc - Very Useful
