Photoshop help - Dummys Guide Spoof

Guys,

Posting this on a couple of forums hoping someone can assist.

A friends father has had a heart attack and is now in hospital scared witless (he's historically been the picture of health, never been in hospital, and only thought he had indegestion) awaiting to be transfered to King's College for a triple heart bypass operation.

We're obviously trying to keep his, and his family's, spirits up and they are a load of practical jokers etc. Therefore I'm trying to put together a spoof 'Dummy's Guide to Bypasses' - but about the road variety To offset some of the more practical info the hospital is providing him with.

As I have the artistic skill of a dried lentil I was wondering if one of you photshop gurus would be kind enough to do me the cover - perhaps something including a nice picture of the construction of the Newbury Bypass or similar - something I could then print out in upto A4 (US letter) size?
