Hi all, hopefully you can either help or offer advice...

We have 2 yr old female tabby. Over the last week or so, she has been being sick on a daily basis, and it seems to be be mainly regurgitated biscuits.

Behaviour and health wise she seems absolutely fine other than this stomach upset. Ie; no runny nose, loose stools etc and not off food or water.

We are a little concerned and are planning to take her to the vets tomorrow for a once over. Various scans of the internet seem to suggest that maybe she is overdue her worming tablet (which we have just given her).

Any advice welcome,

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like she's just eating too much.

Possibly furballs.

One of ours sometimes goes through a spell of doing it - although she has got better as she's aged.

She may just have a sensitive stomach. My cat developed this, and can now only be fed on expensive cat food!

Best check her in for a service at the vets and they will fill you in.

my old female cat used to do this sometimes. usualy after eating grass or other plant matter. it could also be eating too much dry food then drinking too much water and the food swelling up.

Could be fur balls causing it, could be she has been eating food too fast but wouldn't suddenly expect this to occur daily for several days on the trot, unless you've changed her food recently or you've bought a different flavour, or the foods ingredients has recently changed.

Can't rule out worms but would be a bit suprised unless she is a hunter and you've not wormed her for several months.

Hopefully nothing serious if well in herself but you are right to get it checked out. Let us know how she gets on.

Our cat was like this when we first got him, and occasionally again when he eats too much! Easily remedied with boiled chicken - seems to settle their stomach down a treat!
