get a cat. they are amazing spider hunters. a boff on the head with a paw does the same job as the underside of your shoe.

Spiders are welcome in our house. They keep the filthy bd fly population down, and that's a plus point in my book.

Just had a little spider crawling on top of my ear, put it in the bushes outside my work window, great wee things.
