Virgin Media remote..

Alright guys,

Just a quick one, the remote we got with the box is broke, however we do have another remote that is from a v+ set-up. Is there a way I can make this work?

Sorry but have no idea. But, if you are paying Virgin for the service, why not ask them to send you another remote.

phone up and ask for another. I'm on my third and they've replaced without question every time. Third v+ box too.... Fragile Virgin st.

We're on Virgin but joined when it was NTL. Had the NTL box and remote for 3 years and never had any probs with it.

Had virgin for a long time, never had box or remote break. Box was updated over a yr ago for V+ no probs so far.

Software issues with first two boxes, third seems ok. For now. First two remotes just died. And yes, I had tried new batteries. Impact engineerng didn't fix them.
