I'm sorry to bother you with my fking e-mails you stupid cock-sucking little skank-goblin s bothering you with the request to purchase an item/service from yourself.

If you have sold an item, is it really that fking difficult to just reply to any further requests saying it is sold, or you don't want to sell it?? Heaven forbid actually removing the advert from the site??

Christ, why do these dick-cheese twunts do this??

I e-mailed 15 - 20 (different) people over the weekend about the product they had for sale. I have only had one reply since and that was from a chap saying he had just sold it.

To all you other fking syphilis pianists out there - fk YOU!

Why bother dealing with these st-faced knob-baskets when you can just buy from the fking shops.

CHRIST.

Cheers

hehe

Try letting agents.

I'm looking for a new flat to rent in Wimbledon.

So do a search and find 14 or so that are in the right price range/area/ no bedrooms etc.

Of the 14, how many do you think are actually available.

Go on, how many?

Exactly.

If they still have it, they'll reply. If they don't, they'll rarely bother to dignify you with a courtesy response.

Going on recent experiences I would say 0 to 1?

Every and I mean EVERY place I called up for was gone. Why they cannot remove them from the interweb once they have been let is beyond me. Cocktards.

I had an advert on Gumtree for a short while, when I tried to remove it, the website wouldn't let me access my acount (and yes, I checked, double checked and triple checked my signin details) and all I got was bleedin emails asking questions about it!

I think that preloved site did the same IIRC

Yep, 0.

Some had been rented for months.

I suspect it's deliberate and they just want your details.

Which is a brilliant strategy.

They can start bombarding you with available properties emails just after you move into the place you've signed a 12 month tenancy on.

If they invite you to a piss up, take a hip flask.

Not a bad rant but the content does suck a little as you answer your own rant with the simple go to a shop instead. The only classified site I use is Ebay and dont have this problem.

6/10 for the rant there are a good number of expletives.

That is why I always check the "private" option when searching. I am currently trawling through there for a place as well, it's an absolute bloody nightmare - especially all these "bargain" places that are available for 150pw that don't fking exist.

I not sure buying second hand y-front pants is that economical tbh.

If you realy want some my grandad died last month so you have his. Just drop me an email so I have got time to nip down the funeral directors. (being cremated)

wink

At some point though, you have to talk to a person.

Who is never there, so you leave your name, number and some details. "2 beds, in the Village or or on the Ridgway, from 1500ish pm" (say)

A negotiator calls you back within a month or so: "That one has been let, but I've just got the word on a studio in Tooting Bec"

Hence why I search private ads, not agency ones. Only using a lettings agent if we get desperate this year!
