problem with bank card what do i need to do

just tried booking a ferry online with bank card and i have just got this message

Forgot Password Process Blocked

For security reasons, due to too many unsuccessful attempts, you are unable to use this password recovery process.

i typed 1 wrong didgit but did the same few weeks ago .

what do i need to do as need to book a ferry for tonight and am not currently in the uk
