Night out in Newcastle

Hitting it hard in Newcastle Sunday night. Where should I go, what should I watch out for???

Start in Jesmond - head south to the Bigg Market and Quayside...you'll find enough to be getting on with I'm sure.

Mind you it's been a few years since I was last there I have to admit.

Newcastle is a good night out though, Aspers is a good Casino, some nice ladies dancing around half naked in a few bars. The Gate is probably your best bet.

on a bank holiday sunday, the pitcher and piano is a good bet, also you would find it hard to go wrong at the gate.

I hate that place, I had a bad experience resulting in a loss of my savings there. This was the Southampton one mind.

For the love of god, avoid 'The Boat' like the plague!

Big market is shyte. Quayside has some good pubs etc.

Gash. Well I did move away from Newcastle some 7-8 years ago and didn't think to read the ronny gill online.

One of my favourite places for a night out - can't go wrong at Quayside or Bigg Market.

I'd try the bars along the strip from the station heading towards the bottom of grey street, that's where most are heading out now. Avoid the big market, Jesmond's good but a bit out of town, keyside's also pretty good.

That would be my choice of destinations.
