You mean its following a predefined pattern ? I would be impressed if the thing was adaptive, like had some fast processing cameras and made little adjustments in milliseconds.. thats what the slow motions looked like but hard to tell if they were realtime or preprogrammed.

Real world robot technology seems a lot scarier than what you see in films, i remember that walking 4 legged robot that walked like an animal..

It certainly looked as if it was adaptive to me - and judging by what was being explained in the film, that is what was going on. Actually, I kinda think it was the whole point........
